ABSENTEE BALLOT applications are accepted ONLINE at myvote.wi.gov website until Thursday, April 2, 2020 and the ballot will be mailed to you.
Please consider USPS mail time to you and to return ballot mailing when considering this option especially during the week before the Election.
It is highly encouraged to make your absentee application online for those who are able to limit in-person voters who are not able. Direct the senior/elderly, those that may have difficulties navagating the internet on a phone, tablet, or computer, to call me to discuss accomodations and options in obtaining an absentee ballot.
The easiest way is to do the entire online process from a smartphone or tablet.
- Go to the My Vote WI website, click link: https://myvote.wi.gov/en-us/
- Click/tap on Vote Absentee button/tile
- Search your first and last name, and birthdate (do not use hyphens, slashes) 2-digits month, 2-digits day, 4-digits year
- If you cannot find yourself, call me 920-235-7771
- Verify your address
- Select the election(s) you want a ballot for
- Click on add file(s). Take a picture of your photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) Must see photo & expiration date. Selfies do not qualify as photo ID. Tip: If you already have your photo ID on file with the clerk it will not ask to add file (upload) your photo ID.
- Delete your photo ID picture from your photo library on your device
If you make a request for an Absentee Ballot, PLEASE provide your phone number and/or email address if there is an issue with any of the information!
IN-PERSON ABSENTEE voting by appointment began March 18, 2020 and runs through Friday, April 3, 2020. To schedule an appointment please call 920-235-7771 or email message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
REGISTER to VOTE ONLINE has been extended to March 30, 2020 for new registration or to update name or address. After that date new registration or name/address changes will need to be done by mail, in-person, or on Election Day. Questions, please call 920-235-7771.

Timeline of events:
18 Last day for electors to register to vote by mail or online to vote in the Presidential Preference Primary and Spring Election. Mailed registrations must be postmarked no later than this date. (After this date, electors must register in-person in the municipal clerk’s office or at the polls on Election Day). 28 Last day for electors to begin to acquire residence for the Presidential Preference Primary and Spring Election. Electors moving after this date may vote from their prior address.
2 Last Day (5:00 p.m.) for regular and permanent overseas electors to request absentee ballots by mail (online, email) for the Presidential Preference Primary and Spring Election.
3 Last Day (5:00 p.m.) for indefinitely confined electors and military electors, not on active duty away from their residence to request absentee ballots by mail (online, email) for the Presidential Preference Primary and Spring Election.

7 Presidential Preference Primary and Spring Election. Vote at the polling place. Register to vote at the polling place. Polling hours are 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m at the town hall, 230 E. County Rd Y, Oshkosh WI 54901.
