Once the application is submitted and accepted by State of WI DSPS, contact the Town Building Permit Administrator to complete the Town's building permit application.

Winnebago County remains to have jurisdiction over NR115 in shoreland area (1000′ from navigable waters). If the property is in the shoreland area contact Winnebago County Zoning Department to apply and obtain applications. Winnebago County Zoning Office Phone: 920-232-3344.

Sanitary/Lateral Permit

If the property is located in a sanitary district, you must obtain and submit a Lateral Permit from the Sanitary District for a new and to change a connection.
