Search Tip on the Winnebago Co website: use the least amount of information and click find now. Example: Enter only the house number and, if known, the municipality name dropdown, to narrow the search, click on the Find Now button.
✔️ Escrow check larger than taxes due: A refund check will be mailed to the property owner along with a receipt.
✔️ Change Tax Bill mailing address: Contact the Town Treasurer. Submit the address change form to the Town Treasurer click here access the form.
✔️ Lottery Credits: If you believe you are due a lottery credit, contact the town treasurer. Call (920) 385-6866 or email the Town Treasurer. Another resource is the Dept. of Revenue on Lottery Credits, web page: LINK
✔️ Dog Licenses: Go to Dog License Application Form. The application must be completed and mailed with payment to the Town Treasurer Laura Hunt.
Deadline tax payment to the Town of Oshkosh is January 31, 2026. After January 31, 2026, the tax payments are turned over to Winnebago County Treasurer to collect.
