2026 Spring Primary Election date is Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
Election Day hours are 7am to 8pm.

Must have Proof of Residency to register.

Must have Photo ID to vote.

In-person absentee voting is being conducted by appointment from Tuesday, February 3, 2026 through Friday, February 13, 2026. Available hours are 7am to 7pm, except Friday, Feb. 13^th, hours are 7am to 5pm.

The 2026 February Spring Primary only includes the Oshkosh Area School District board race. It narrows 5 candidates to 4 for placement on the 2026 April Spring Election ballot. If your address is in the Winneconne School District you are not receiving an absentee ballot for this primary election, nor should you come to vote on this Feb. Election Day.
