Jason Selwitschka, the Town’s EMS Director, decided to pass the torch due to recent lifestyle changes resigning. The town board, by recommendation of EMS members and the fire chief, selected Trevor Fenrich as the new EMS Director at the August 26, 2024 town board meeting.

The Town of Oshkosh is eternally grateful to Jason Selwitschka for his years of service. Jason joined the fire department in 2003 for a total of twenty-three years. Jason stepped up during Steve Hill’s resignation as First Responder Coordinator in 2009, taking on that role.

We take this moment to honor Jason Selwitschka for his true kindness with abundant knowledge and skill in the medical profession. We admire Jason’s years of service helping residents in the Town of Oshkosh with their urgent medical needs.

While making this transition, we welcome, congratulate, and support Trevor Fenrich’s ambition to fulfill the EMS (Emergency Medical Service) Director role.
