The 2025 Winnebago County Household Hazardous Materials Facility is available by appointment. 
Meaning: Hazardous waste from distributers, business use, farm use, out-of-county sources, radioactive materials, infectious/medical wastes and medications are not accepted at the Winnebago County landfill or Household Hazardous Material Collection Facility.
